Lymphoma of the brain: the big imposter. Simulating a CVA for 2 years.

Our patient did not show any vascular risk factors that would have justify the medical condition. Besides, symptoms were progressive and the neuroimages were atypical for a vascular etiology. A more continuous MRI follow-up should have been conducted so in the event of progression a brain biopsy could have been suggested.
